SSC Supreme Court Case Office Report for Hearing on 29.04.19

The Writ Petition above­mentioned was listed before the Hon’ble Court on 16.04.2019 with Office Report dated 15.04.2019, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

“Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, we direct that the CBI shall file current status report on or before 24.04.2019 in the Registry of this Court.

The Registry is directed to serve the copy the said status report to the parties thereafter. List the matter on 06.05.2019. In the meantime, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file reply to the aforesaid current status report of CBI. ”

It is submitted that certified copy of the above Order was sent to The Director, CBI on 22.04.2019 by Special Messenger.

It is further submitted that Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate on behalf of CBI has on 24.4.2019 filed an Application for Modification of Hon’ble Court’s Order dt. 16.4.2019. The said Application has been registered as I.A. No. 67913 OF 2019 and is being circulated for the kind perusal of Hon’ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Arvind Kumar Sharma, Advocate has on 25.04.2019 submitted Status Report on behalf of CBI in sealed covers (three copies) and same is being circulated at the residential offices of the Hon’ble Judges on 27.04.2019 through Special Messenger.

The Application in Writ Petition above­mentioned is listed before the Hon’ble Court with this Office Report for directions.
